• A description of the challenge or problem you’re facing, if you choose to share it
• If you request a demo: your first and last name, work email address, company or organization, your role, your sector, and the context you write about why you’re interested

The update sign-up fields are optional. You can sign up with just your email, or share additional context if you’d like to. Demo request fields are the information needed for us to prepare for and schedule the call.

We do not require an account, and no other personal information is collected through this Site.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Notify you when Chalicity^™ becomes available
• Understand the kinds of challenges prospective users are facing, to help inform what we build
• Occasionally send updates about our progress or launch
• Contact you about a demo you requested, including replying by email or phone to schedule the call, sending calendar invitations and reminders, preparing for the conversation, and following up afterwards

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond communicating with you about Chalicity^™ and, where you asked for one, arranging and following up on your demo. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

We do not sell your information. We may share it with:

• Service providers who help us operate this Site or manage communications, solely for that purpose
• Legal authorities, if required by law

4. Data Retention

We retain your email address and any challenge description you share for as long as needed to keep you informed about Chalicity^™’s launch, or until you ask us to remove it.

Demo request details are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, hold the call, and follow up with you, or until you ask us to remove them.

5. Your Choices

You can unsubscribe or request that we delete your information at any time by contacting us at support@pacificafrica.org. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

6. Automated Data and AI Training

We do not consent to the use of this Site’s content, including any information submitted through this Site, for training artificial intelligence or large language models, or for bulk automated collection, except by search engines for standard indexing purposes.
