Chalicity™ was founded by Kidan Araya in 2026. From the forests of the Congo Basin to the resource-rich wetlands of Louisiana, she has spent more than 10 years working where climate, energy, nature and emerging technology collide, across Africa, the United States, and Europe. She has advised and briefed leaders working for various government agencies, global organizations, and embassies, and has spent time working with frontline communities all over the world to help translate their needs into actionable insights for policymakers. She built Chalicity™ after watching funded projects stall when institutions weren't engaging the people closest to the answers.
