These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”), operated by Chalicity™, a product of Pacific Africa LLC (“Chalicity™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About This Site

This Site is a pre-launch page for Chalicity™. It is informational and does not offer any product or service for sale. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship, contract, or obligation on either side.

2. Use of the Site

You may not:

  • Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to extract or reproduce Site content in bulk
  • Use Site content to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, without our prior written consent
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Chalicity™ or use our name or branding to imply endorsement or partnership without authorization
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law

3. Waitlist and Demo Request Submissions

If you provide your email address or a description of a challenge you’re facing, you retain ownership of what you share, but you grant us a license to use it to communicate with you and to inform how we develop Chalicity™. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

If you request a demo, you submit your name, work email, company or organization, role, sector, and any context you choose to write about why you’re interested. By submitting that form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, and you agree that we may contact you at the email address provided to respond to your request, schedule and hold the call, and follow up afterwards. Requesting a demo does not create a contract, guarantee that a demo will be scheduled, or create any obligation on either side.

Submitting your information — whether to sign up for updates or to request a demo — does not guarantee that you will receive a demo, a response, updates, or any other communication from us. We may decline or decide not to schedule a demo, and we may change, pause, or stop sending updates, in each case at our sole discretion and without notice.

Please don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything you consider confidential.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, branding, and design, is owned by Pacific Africa LLC, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on this Site grants you any right to use our name, branding, or content without prior written consent.

5. No Guarantee of Launch or Features

Chalicity™ is under development. Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee of a specific launch date, feature set, or availability. Signing up for updates or requesting a demo does not guarantee access, a demo, or continued updates.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time as Chalicity™ develops. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
